The Annual General Meeting will be held at St Denys Parish Centre, Church Rd Evington Village
All are welcome. There will be an annual report and accounts for this year and plans will be discussed for next years event. There will be the opportunity to meet the current committee and help with next years event. A number of roles are available from joining the committee or being a steward on the day. You will be able to ask questions and make suggestions. The meeting will be chaired by Chris Hossack. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be provided.
