*Standard plots are 3m x 3m (10′ x 10′) and cost £30 each.
Standard plots are in the open.
Inside plots will be 2m by 3m at a cost of £35.
We are unable to provide tables, chairs or awnings.
Health and hygiene regulations mean that the selling of foodstuffs on the green is not allowed.
Mains power is not available. Petrol generators are not allowed on site. Live animals (e.g. goldfish) cannot be offered as prizes.
The site is available from 8.30am on the day and must be cleared by 6.00pm. Vehicles are only allowed on site between 8.30am and 11.00am to set up and 5.00pm to 6.00pm to clear.
Plot holders are asked to remove any litter etc. associated with their plot(s)
All plot holders must observe any requests made by our Health & Safety Officer and/or Site Manager
