Your details will be sent to the stall bookings manager who will then be in touch to arrange payment.

Outside plots

Measure  3m x 3m (10’x10’),  cost £30, with a maximum of two plots per application.

Inside plots

Measure 2m x 3m, in the Marquee,  cost £40, with a maximum of two per application.

We do not provide tables, chairs or awnings.

Health and Hygiene Regulations mean that selling food on the Village Green is not allowed.

Mains electricity is not available.

Stall holders are expected to remove waste and litter associated with their sales.

The site is accessible on Fete and Show day from 8.30 – 11am for setting up with vehicle access onto the site. No vehicles may be parked on the Green during the Fete and Show unless agreed by the site manager in advance. Vehicle access is again allowed between 5pm and 6pm for packing away.

Stall holders must follow requests made by the Health and Safety Officer and the Site Manager.

To ensure there is a wide variety of attractions for our visitors, we will only allow a set number of stalls selling/displaying the same kind of items.
